Cancellation Policy:
Missed appointment fee is waived the first time. After that, there is a $45 charge.
If you reschedule same-day online more than once, a 24-hour notice will be required in the future.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated the same as a missed appointment and subject to a $45 fee.
